GD Extensions not right after upgrading v2.02 to v2.10

I upgraded an out of the box RavenNuke76_v2.02.00_FULL to RavenNuke7.6v2.10.00. I followed the instructions step by step. Everything looks right except the GD Extensions. I do not have the same graphics that I got from a fresh RavenNuke7.6v2.10.00 install. Did I miss something?

Sounds like everything may not have uploaded correctly, or you might not have Freetype compiled as part of your GD extension.
