FCKeditor 2.2 (the version included as an addon in RN 2.02) doesn't support IE 7. RN 2.10 has the latest version of nukeWYSIWYG (featuring FCKeditor 2.3.2), which supports IE 7, fixed a number of issues, and has significantly better performance over previous versions.
