Problem with "Topic Review" in restricted forums..

I've noticed a small glitch with the forum system. I've done a search in the forums here, but have been unable to find a similar problem, let alone a solution.

When replying to a topic in a restricted forum, the "Topic Review" gives the warning that only "users granted special access" can read that post. Obviously, the user is granted access, they're able to reply to something they just read. But why is it not allowing it to be displayed once you're into the reply page?

Anyone seen this problem before?

Haven't tested this, but haven't noticed it either. Which Nuke version / distribution and which phpBB version are you using?

Got the latest RN 7.6 2.02.02 running phpBB 2.0.20. Thought at first it might be a Theme issue, but tried the default Fusbice as well. Same result.

I have the same Error, but only on new Registrations since i moved the Board from phpbb to bbtonuke.

Hmmm, I don't get an error. Are you certain that the Reply permissions are set up properly for the group?

The Permissions are set properly. When i change from "Privat" to "Reg", the Users see the "Topic Review" on Reply.

The wired is, not all Users has this Problem, but all Users are in the same Group.

Apologies for bumping a 4 month old topic, but I'm having exactly the same problem:

I have a group of users who have access to a private part of the forum, they can all read and reply to the forum, however in the "topic review" box within the reply page, they get "Sorry, but only users granted special access can read topics in this forum." - Even though they already have special access and can freely participate in the private forum.

Group permissions: Everything set to "ON", but "Not Moderator".

Private forum permissions: Everything set to "PRIVATE" except view which is set to "ALL".

RavenNuke = 2.10.00

PhpBB: 2.0.22

Theme: WD-OpticsV1

Anyone figured a fix for this?
