Raven, it worked on my local installation and on my site. If I gave it the path to config and nothing else, it found everything that was needed. Without that path, I had to fill it in manually. Very smooth, Thank You.

Raven, would you include the fetch script for the download module like on this site? i like the idea of security for the downloads to avoid the bots/file scavengers, etc

Hi Raven,

On my local db, i obtain this :

Warning: main(c:\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\xampp\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\htdocs\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\): failed to open stream: Permission denied in C:\xampp\htdocs\sqlbuild.php on line 10

Warning: main(): Failed opening 'c:\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\xampp\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\htdocs\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' for inclusion (include_path='.;C:\xampp\php\pear\') in C:\xampp\htdocs\sqlbuild.php on line 10

This SQL utility is designed to test connectivity to your MySQL server in order to facilitate the loading of your SQL file. After this series of tests are run you will then be able to load the SQL file for your database setup.

Please enter the path to the nuke configuration file:
Please enter the DataBase Host to connect to:
Please enter the DataBase UserName:
Please enter the DataBase UserPassword:
Please enter the DataBase Name:
Please enter the DataBase Table Prefix:

Successfully connected to MySQL host localhost. - 5 database(s) found with these credentials.cdcol mysql phpnuke test webauth

>>>Note: It appears that this user has Create Database Permissions for this MySQL server. You should be able to use this utility to create the database and tables Smile.

Successfully connected to database phpnuke.

Successfully read 125 tables from database phpnuke.

Successfully queried table cpg_albums

Hope this helps.
Send me a message if u would like me to test it in real on my site.

Greetz from Brussels,

Leopold

That error is a result of an invalid path to your nuke config.php file. Thanks for testing this.

Well I've tried it ... it does send out the activation just like it is suppose to ... so ya that does work ... but then it deleted the waiting account.

I'm on your mod'd 7.0

If you hit resend, it resends it and re-establishes a NEW email. Just reclick the Waiting link. The new email will be there.

Right .. it does that first part. But when I reclick on Waiting link, the resent account isn't there. Example: I have 1 waiting account, I resend, immediately revisit waiting accounts ... it's a ghost town .. nadda waiting Smile

No biggie to me ... I don't use it to resend ... most of the time people just email me saying they didn't receive the email .. if the email addy is the same I use that mod to activate them. So it saves me tons of time of having to go into the DB to find the activation number.

I can't reproduce it. Resend always leaves a new one. If you click on the link, then that will activate and delete.

Been concentrating on Sentinel v2.0 most of this week. So, once again, I am hoping that over the next few days I will have this distro released for you to test before final release! Who can tell - by then we may have Sentinel v2.0 too Wink

You will need to upgrade your forum to 2.0.8 using the standard upgrade scripts for FORUM. I haven't touched any of that code so it should work.
