Some help with contact form please

I get a lot of spam recently and I think is from my contact page... how do I encode my email address so that It won't be picked up by spam bots?

If they are using a contact form, hiding your email address would be useless, though if you are using RavenNuke (tm), email addresses are already obfuscated and there is also the option to turn on the CAPTCHA.
If your not using RavenNuke(tm) there are some third party modules that provide contact forms with built in independant CAPTCHA's like
