I want to install several cables to my neightbours so we can make an intranet local but I wonder if it is possible they see ravennuke on localhost. Is this possible?  |

Of course. Just set up your own WAMP or XAMP server and allow access from your Intranet only. I would opt for wireless instead of running cable. |

Just keep in mind that "localhost" won't work. Pretty sure you know that. I would use static IP addresses within your main DHCP router and then they will have to reference your web server via the IP address OR put within their windows etc/hosts file a more "friendly" name and its resolution to that IP address. |
