Dawg,
You surprise me little weed-hopper Did you intend that to look rather "clannish"? It does to me . Please add a trade mark after the RavenNuke at the top, preferably a real TM and not (tm). Also, how about a blue version to go more with the RavenIce and fisubice themes?
Thanks so much you old dawg!! BTW, fishing any good right now? |

Here are a few more from me. Really, these four are simply varriations of themselves, but choice is good. Hopefully someone will enjoy them. Very nice entries, everyone.
My idea behind this bunch was " RavenNuke Supporting The Nuke World", thus explaining the nuke world globe.

I like the contest tho I fear I will not enter as graphics programs is too steep a learning curve for me.
Not intending offense to anyone but I think the raven should not look as tho it were a taxidermy project, I think it could be perched on top of the shield like the one on the logo here tho with wings spread out, it'd give it continuity with the 'old' logo. Just my 1 and 1/2 cents worth. |

Thank you, Alien! I am glad that you looked. I have been working very hard on my designs for the shops for a couple of months. I just remade the Haunted Tees shop this month. It is not everyone's taste, but I have a dark and creepy side too! LOL |

It should scale really well too. The problem with really detailed things is if you make something SMALL like an icon of it....It will look like crap.
This should go both ways no problem.
I can produce them in about any format and resolution you want. I also have it in a fully editable version so the version #'s or fonts can be changed easily.

ok, here are my finals...
I did the red eye, the blue just gets lost behind the black...
Just a slight variation
The head in the 9:00 clock position, I tried higher but did not look good...
a different raven, like the other one better however...
I'm a huge fan of the NFL league...the best of the best get known by their initials like LT from Chargers...and Raven is the best! just an idea...
Let me know which one/s you would like me to e-mail you Raven.
Regards,
jc |

Dawg your animal isn´t a raven its a special eagle.
This image would be only confusion and a shock for all RavenNuke users around the world.
If you like it maybe use it as avatar.

NeapolitanWorld, I like the last one you posted the best. I can tell everyone this, that Raven bird is not easy to draw by any means |

No, it is quite difficult to draw the raven. I have been making several different ones and it is a challenge. Apparently, they look good to some and bad to others. Oh well, at least we tried even if they stink. I have tried to stay in keeping with Raven's initial concept for this new logo. I do really like the entries so far. Keep it up, everyone. |

Susan,
That came from a real Shield from the early 1100's if I recall. My art is kind of like my coding.....I do just fine with an example to go by. Maybe change the beak around to make it a little more raven_ish. Is it this bird or that bird? I don't know....The shield it came from did not have a label....
As far as it's use....it makes no difference to me. Raven asked for some entries....I gave it my best. If he wants me to work it some more...so be it....I will work it some more. If he wants to use another one (I like the other guys better) No hard feelings here.

Well, I agree with all its very hard to draw a raven but it should be no other bird, not a dove, no eagle and no buzzard. They just look different. |
