I switched on force nuke url and now all im getting are blank pages.Nothing is working,I cant even get back into admin to switch it off.Please help. [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

Use phpMyAdmin and edit the nsnst_config table. Change the value of the setting to 0 (zero)

Still not getting anything.I just noticed that when i try to go to my site,its automatically sticking a second /html in there.Example,normally it would be [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ] its [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

Check your Preferences and make sure the Site URL is [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

I cant,im only getting a blank page still.

You can use phpmyadmin to check what is set in the nuke config table.
