Ok, I have 2 users that I added via the admin tool under users. They are able to login, use the site, etc. Quesiton I have is where are teh users stored in the DB?

I figured in nuke_users, but it only shows Anonymous and my admin account. The other 2 users are not there.

Am I missing something???

Your admin account will actually be stored under under nuke_authors but your 'normal' account and tohse of your users are indeed stored in the nuke_users table.

Some users are in inkognito."lol".In phpMyAdmin is a search function you can search for user_id or the names etc.
But Hitwalker I ┬┤ve never found out why I missed in my forum 1 user".We have e.g. 3000 registered users. But if you look at the forum we have 2999.

Ok, I must be really "missing" them. I did the search with username "like" test_reg (the actual user name) and it returned zero rows.

I even added a user just for searching and it still returned zero rows. I even tried user_id = 3. Gave zero rows..

I know they have to be here somewhere Wink They are really incognito....

Oh, and as far as my admin account, when I created it, I told nuke to make a user with thesame id. That one is there...

One other thing that I just noticed, when I add a new user, there is no "comfirmation" type screen. It just jumps to op=adminMain.. Is that correct?

One other thing I just checked. I looked on the members_list block and htye are all listed there... So they are in the database somewhere.

When you browse the nuke_users table from an admin utility they are not there?

Do you have multiple databases by any chance?

Using "user admin" they are there (there is no list though, but if I type in one of their names and click modify, it comes up)

But, using phpadmin, they are not.

Nope, only one database...

Just trying to figure out why phpadmin can't find them...

well do it easier,go to export database and copy full backup to your computer.
then open sql file and do a text search on their names and see where they pop up...

Erm, did you also check the temp_users table?

Temp_users is empty. I could dump the sql, but why would I "need" to? trying to understand why phpadmin can't see it while the nuke application can..

I did do a backup and looked at the sql and there is an insert for nuke_users for the test users.

Still weird that phpadmin can't see them.
