Can't see Forum Admin Page

Hi Raven.

I have installed Apache2triad on Windows XP with all updates, everything seams ok.

I have setup my database, which phpnuke connects too.

I can change themes. The problem is with the forum.

I have made active the forum, When I click on Forum I see the Forum board with "This board has no forums", however, when I click on "Go to Administration Panel" all I get is a black white screen I can't see anything.
Have installed it a few times now, but now I get an error message at the top left handside of the page which says Illegal Operation

Any idea on what I have missed or could be the problem.

Have you tried using a default theme?
