Blank pnFlashgames module

I've installed pnFlashGames_v0.6b(free).
When I'm trying to use it I get a blank page.
It seems that the line:

Code:

include ("header.php")

doesn't find the file header.php in the root, because when
I comment out this line or change it to

Code:

include ("http://www.mysite.com/header.php")

it works

This is the first lines of the index.php:

$index = 1; 


$module_name = basename(dirname(__FILE__)); 


get_lang($module_name); 


$pagetitle = "- pnFlashGames module v0.6b (free version)";

Anyone can help me?

Sorry guys, I've not been around NukeCops because of the hacker.

I'm restoring my access and fixing things. If you still have problems, have you tried enabling error reporting? It doesn't make sense that the header.php would kill one script without killing the rest of them
