New PHPnuk Instalation

I have just made a brand new instalation of PHPnuke 7.8 and I have followed it all and made sure all is correct but for some reason I can't get the site to load atall, it is just a blank white page. Any suggestions.

Code 200 with http viewer is ok. But there is no body.Shows only your head tags in the source code. I don´t now why. I have never installed 7.8. Possible it´s a conflict or something missing index.

Enable error reporting and check your error logs

I have fixed the problem now, Thanks anyway guys, It was just a file that I did not uploads for some strange reason a file was not uploaded that should be in the themes directory.
