PHPBB vs PHPBB phpnuke version.

Sorry if this has been asked before...

1- What are the differences between the PHPBB forums software (one downloaded from phpbb.com) and the one that ships with PHPnuke.

2- If I decide to go seperate install, can I bring the database files over from the PHPnuke version to the version download from phpbb.com?

#1 - The nuke version is a ported version of the stand alone. It is, for all intent and purposes, the same. The main issue is that mods for the stand alone are not (usually) directly useable without being ported.
