Whats the best version to upgrade to? 7.6? 7.7? Patched?

I am thinking about installing this:

PHP-Nuke-7.7-patchedv3.0b

I am unsure what to use,

I have 7.2 now.

Its old and full of issues.

I'm unsure is this Beta?

I recommend 7.5 or 7.6. If you search the forums and articles here, you will find plenty of explanations as to why to skip 7.7 and 7.8.

Originally I upgraded from 6.5 to 7.5 nps
I upgraded from 7.5 to 7.8
Before doing so I backed up the whole server, files db everything
Each upgrade something didnt work or error and was going to be a hassle to fix.
So Im sticking to 7.5
other than a few cosmetic additions the site is how it should be for the members
