The blocks for my RSS feed show up, but it is not displaying the backend.php in RSS (although it is showing the forums)

Any Ideas? I really need help with this, the RSS block for the backend is being blocked on several sites, but you can get to it directly.

backend.php is in the main dir.

Also advertising graphics from other sites have stopped working, the blocks and links are there, but no graphics.

These stopped working AFTER I got Sentinel to work
