Allow Post Count mod

I found a disable post count mod but it for phpbb 2.0.4 , i found the mod at ported mods but there are no updated for it there.

Can someone take a look at it because it only 4 files and 2 of them really din't change, i think they were changed for security reasons.

file contains the pre mod files and 7.4 with latest patch.

Do you mean you want someone to do a diff to see if/how these changes affect the security of phpbb?

I cound not figer out where to add the code because of the changes in phpbb code from 2.0.4 to 2.0.15
