Weblinks error+Security Code Missing??

Hello all, if you click on this link [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

it takes you to my one of my links pages, the problem is if you click on the link at the bottom to go to page 2 you will find it loads a phpnuke page saying "The html tags you attempted to use are not allowed"
? also I notice while on the first links page and look to the right the security image code is missing ?? in the user info block? its there on the home page?

Hello, silly me a FAQ answer which worked for the top question unforunately my second question had no joy, I uploaded a new includes folder checked config and check language files.
