Just want to turn off the right blocks?

Just want to turn off the right blocks?
I know how to make it in the modules...but i don't want them anywhere even in index.php(i mean Home)?
So i'm sure that's not so hard?Am i right?Pls Help!

in my theme was //rightcolumn(); but that's ok:))

i know it will sound strange,but i don't need them.Actually i need a simple site only with newsletter function...but found only nuke with this option.
