I am locked out of my admin now, it takes me to that access page for a name and passworld, i followed the directions for the files, i cant get it to work so i uninstalled it and i am still locked out of my admin area. I cant find the htaccess files now there gone, i went to my host cpanel,no go. What do i need to do

All filenames that begin with . , like .htaccess and .staccess are hidden files. Your ftp client can display them but it's usually a setting for the file mask. In WsFTP, you add a file mask of -a and they will be displayed. Other clients will have a similar setting.
