lol locked myself out of admin.php

I was installing sentinal and kinda didnt make a back up of i am guessing the .htaccess file and well now i can access the admin.php.
lol HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not banned but locked out?
Just remove the htaccess file until you are ready do the htaccess ban configuration and/or admin protection.

I am not sure which i dont think I am banned befor when i went admin.php it would show a log in in the middle of the main page now i get a pop up
