admin.php sec image disappeared...

no thank god ,this is not happening on my site but at a friends..
running 7.6 patched (i talked him into that.. Twisted Evil

) but got a mail....the security image is gone.
i checked and yep its true....
I know he doesnt play around with his site so he didnt caused it ,and after installing sentinel for him a few weeks ago everything worked fine....
But this is weird that a security image suddenly decides not to show itself anymore...the site runs on latest your cnb account and that sec image shows...so its no gd problem...
anybody any thoughts on this...?

well the red X...
its like you forgot to upload the image..
i checked a few files for any spaces but there werent.
and in the time period between all was ok and that this happend no things were done on his site...
