Where can I disable Public Messages that users can enter form their Accounts' Control Panels not just for me, but for everyone. I don't want users to be able to post them... Is it even possible, because I can't find it anywhere, or do I have to delete the link from the Account php file...

In the Preferences set this to NO

Activate Broadcast Messages
