Reviews Module or Script

I have spent ages looking and cannot find a really decent reviews module for nuke or any other decent reviews script which I might be able to integrate.

I need something that will allow multiple Cats and sub-Cats with search/order facility on most fields.

If I have missed one and someone knows of a decent script, please give me a pointer - much appreciated.

Not sure that has the serchablity I'm looking for but I will certainly check it out thank you for taking the time to post the link.

as far as i know of it is the best looking one ,but i might have missed one...

Hmm, all the links I have found for it appear dead due to the site being redone onto a new server.
