Would NukeSentinel have caught the following line?

It seems that the module in question has a cross-site scripting vulnerability. I was wondering if NukeSentinel could have done anything about the exploit. Would NukeSentinel have tagged the http://? Would chatserv's patches have caught the http://?

Thanks.

I thought they do catch them. Senitel blocks the hacker by banning it and chatserve's patch gives a blank page.
