"GET /themes/ Errors filling up error log

Hiya

I'm getting a ton of Theme errors in my server log and for the life of me can't figure out why.

I'm not sure if this is a security issue (Protector or Sentinel Setting) or if this is a problem somewhere else (like in a .tpl file).

Anyway, my Server log is filling up with errors like this:

I'm thinking this could be Protector & Sentinel protecting GET/POST, but I'm not sure... anyone know?

A 200 is not an error but a success. It is just showing that there are requests for that image.
