I just upgraded to 7.5 and uploaded chatserv's 7.5 patch and I'm getting so many errors that I can't even post them all. The errors are all in modules and the modules administration. Many of the language files are causing the errors, and other times it's header information errors. Did anyone else have this problem?

Actually, I think it was a SmartFTP problem. I upgraded the program and started uploading again. Of course, SmartFTP didn't upload all of the files. I'm not even done uploading all of the files and many of the errors are gone. After I upload chatserv's patches I'll let ya know what's going on. |

Okay, I uploaded the patches and that's when the problems started coming. My forums have 5 errors on each page, though everything else is fine (except the admin page). In my admin page, for some reason, I have two different links to the same admin page (One in the admin menu and one in the modules admin menu). There is "_ADDSTORY" in the admin menu and "News" in the modules admin, there are "Content", "Downloads", "Encyclopedia", "F.A.Q", "Forums", "Web Links", "Surveys/Polls", "Topics", and "Reviews" in both of them, there's "_EDITUSERS" in the admin menu and "Users" in the modules admin, and _SECTIONSMANAGER is in the admin menu (why are Ephemerids and Sections there? Weren't they removed in 7.4??). Help would be very appreciated

Great...now I've got a new problem. I can't even get into the admin page now!

So......for the gurus:
How do I get modules to work with 7.5 and the administration change if there happen to be issues when I go to upgrade or to install from scratch?
Should I just install a fresh 7.5, then each module one by one, on it's own, then when done, import the database? Or would I be safe with an upgrade from 7.4 to 7.5 with all my current modules? |

G-Rard you must remove some files from Nuke's admin section, the best way to know which is to compare 7.4 and 7.5, SmackDaddy, i would upgrade the existing site. |

Well I deleted the admin files that I didn't see in 7.5 (except Sentinel and VersionNumber files). I searched but I dont know the exact problem so I'm not sure what topic to look at. I overwrote the patch because I decided that that's what was causing the problems. I get these errors

Hey! I installed the patch and all of the errors are gone. Although it's about 10 minutes after that and now I can't get into the admin section (password protection and the UN and PW I used with NukeSentinel doesn't work  ).
