There should be a setting in the admin to allow urls or not. Last I remember the module and block were full of old deprecated POSIX Regular Expressons that needed to be converted to Perl Compatible Regular Expressions.

Or were you wanting to make the links clickable?

Thank you so much guys for the replies, and sorry I was away for a couple of weeks.
Now: as nuken said, yes I wanted to make the URL clickable and to appear in the box like [URL] exactly as they were working on old versiĆ³n of Raven nuke!
In ACP, I turned the permission to send url on, and the whole link appear in the box. I found when I go to the shout, then click edit, and update it with no modification at all, only then it turns [URL] in the box!!

Tried and tried to check the shortlinks mod, in case it was missing the shouts to add in it, but no luck..

It'll be great if you could point me in the right direction to trace this!!
Thanks
