Hello,

I've recently been having problems with the pop-up window feature of Raven Nuke, like for example, when you click on the Visitors under the Online Now on the default Site Info block.

It brings up the pop up window showing the visitors IP but brings up the pop up down lower on the page, where I have to scroll down to see the window, instead of how it used to come up right in the middle of the current screen.

Any ideas?

Does this occur in all themes or just one specific theme? I'm not sure if it will help, but what IP lookup service are you using, dnsstuff.com? If so, you might try another service and see if that helps. [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

Seems like just my current theme I am using, I also changed my dnsstuff.com lookup to that infosniper.

What would be causing the pop-up window to open up lower on the page and not in the current position?

Javascript conflict. It is probably related to your validation errors in your other post or it is a conflict with the fading.js in your theme.

It is being caused by that conflict with that fading.js being loaded before <!DOCTYPE as mentioned in my other post.
