New Install Problems with Nuke Sentinal

Ok so I was going to try doing an upgrade but didnt want to loose any data so i am moving data myself. In the old install we were running nuke sentinal with no problems now that I did a fresh install with Raven-Nuke2.5 i have 2 problems a it lets me right in admin without logging in? it does ask other admins to login and is allowing them and 2 I get This if i try to go to say for example admins or change to change theme

You can use mod_authors only as god admin - could it be you using an super admin user and not the god?
