Greetngs,

I am trying to install a new portal. The data base connects. When I run install core table 38 tables install then I get the following error message:

The exact error message that your MySQL server reported is:
MySQL Error # 4 at line 117 in file installSQL.php ==> Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

Error in rn_core.sql at line 237:
INSERT INTO `nuke_blocks` VALUES (NULL, '', 'nukeNAV', '', '', 'l', 1, 1, 0, '', '', 'block-nukeNAV.php', 0, '0', '0', 'd', 0, 0);

I have dropped the tables and attempted a fresh install. Any suggestions?

The Environment check give me the following

Configuration Settings
The Ravenstaller™ requires JavaScript to be enabled and a browser that is capable of Document Object Model (DOM) access. FireFox v3.x is strongly recommended and is what the installer was built upon. Any other browser that is W3C compliant should work without issue. Internet Explorer v6 and higher should work but is not guaranteed as Microsoft is the least standards compliant. If any of these items are highlighted in red then you should not use this version of the installer. Future versions may allow for more exceptions but for now this is it.

Configuration Settings For BrowserBrowser User Agent Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0)
JavaScript enabled Yes
Cookies enabled Yes
Ajax enabled Yes
DOM getElementById Yes

If any of these items are highlighted in red then please take actions to correct them. Failure to do so could lead to your RavenNuke™ installation not functioning correctly and/or not installing correctly nor at all.

Are you using the latest RavenNuke or the rc1?

I already tested the last version 2.4 and I am not able to reproduce any error.

unicornio, it was a known issue with the RC1 and was fixed in the final... which is why you cannot reproduce. Wink Smile
