Search Block - Callsign

Hi,

I need help how to make this code become two part, Search on Block and result on Module. I have try using IFRAME all line reference link appear.

It's not submitting the form to your Nuke page, so obviously cannot be a module
aa.asp?aa=AARadio&fpg=1

So now I have to make it just as a block, maybe better to put link in IFRAME.
