You guys have done such great work on the RavenNuke releases. Thank you for all the code clean up and patching the security holes. Plus all the countless fixes and addons you guys have done. Super D Dupper job.

On behalf of the entire RavenNuke(tm) Team we thank you for taking the time to post these encouraging comments! We have both short and long term goals for the future as long as we know that we are making a difference. And, without encouragement from time to time Wink, we sometimes wonder exactly how the "community" really sees the value. From a programming and development standpoint we know the value. But, as in anything, you might have the best product but if very few are using it then it becomes of little value. Thanks once again!!

BTW, expect a maintenance release, RN v2.30.01, sometime in January 2009 at the latest. We hope to have it out by January 1, 2009, but holiday time is family time Smile and, well, we'll see what happens!

I would like to echo nuken's comments. I have used myphpnuke, ipbnuke and phpnuke 7.6. Without a doubt RN is the best.

The assistance from these forums is tremendous. Especially for someone like me who learns a bit, does no coding for months, forget what I learned Very Happy

A very big thank you to all the team.

As far as suggestions go. Has a help desk been considered? I currently use hesk for our members.

We have explored various support applications. We plan to convert our documentation over to a Wiki format and possibly public access to our internal Mantis Bug Tracker. In addition, I am considering some options for a subscription area for a tiered support methodology. Thank you for your kudos and for your suggestions!
