Hi, I am not sure if I am in the correct area and looked for about 10 minutes to put this question in the correct forum, but here it goes.

Is there an easier way to setup the block order other than going into the blocks and hitting the up arrow until you get your block in the desired position. Also, when I delete a block, say in the middle, it moves all of the other blocks around. I would love to just be able to number the blocks in the order that I want them visually and/or numerically. Is this possible and hope I am making sense as I am always a php noob, only been working on it for about 2 years off and on.

Thanks in advance.
