German Noob and hosting and install?

Hi all,
1 sry for my bad english.
We have a page:www.gs-squad.com.
And a lot of things runs perfect, a m8 told me ,my hoster sucks.
A friend of me has install the page, i have no idea what i need foe this page.
I mean how many space,etc.
The bad news ,my friend who install it ,die in a accident.
Ok, now i need help,can you take a look at our page and can you tell me tahn what we need.
Can you install the page?
We have 1 download open from clan themes.
And how mutch for all.
