I am the god user of my site when i go to the forums and try to post i get invalid session. please resubmit the form? any ideas

and i installed the shout box and it will not scroll?

Search the forums for "invalid session". It is usually fixed by changing your forums cookie settings.

Did you install the Shoutbox that came with RavenNuke? It has a fix in it to let it scroll.
