Nuke Treasury Module Block issue

I have installed 1.1.1 on phpnuke 8.0 and followed all of the directions. The module works fine when logged into administration but when a registered user logs in and clicks the donation module it says Module not active. I have checked and the module and the block are both active. Please help!

Look at your server error log, usually available through your control panel (Like cPanel, PLESK, etc.). That might give more information.
