Banner Modification

I kinda like the layout of the default RavenNuke them.

I would like to modify the banner (where it says RavenNuke 3 times) to add my own logo. Where do I do that?

Where would I go to modify the color of the theme?

That is simply this file:

Overwrite it with whatever you want it to be for your site.

As for the colors, you are going to have to dig into the theme style.css file. Unfortunately, in the Forums, Private Messages, and Members List, you are also going to have to work with the forum theme. That I am going to have to let others assist you on as I am very weak there. However, there are also tons of threads on just this very topic. Please start there with some searches.
