Migrating from damaged php-nuke install to raven

I was just brought in to help fix a Counterstrike Clan's website that's forum was broken when the old admin tried to switch the skin and proceeded to delete more than just the theme folder.

The database is still intact and the owner of the Clan would like me to restore anything I can. I don't know what tables would be safe to import over to the new install if any so I need some help figuring that out.

Also the old install was PHP-Nuke but this new install is RavenNuke76.

I have access to PHPMYAdmin through Cpanel.

well normaly you can import all forum related tables but only if they are just as updated as the ravennuke....meaning the versions are the same...

Thats good to hear.

Can anyone tell me which tables I should import? I would prefer to not do it hit or miss style.
