yes sentinel can block the usage of proxies,but based on the level its set..
but can be banned to by many ways..
keep in mind that visiting a site where your blocked is always possible.
login in is a different story,that will never work for the blocked person.

As hitwalker wouldsay, good luck to me haha. anyway i try to ban the website from reaching it. he may come with another proxyline website just to get my attention i think. i shall be waiting for his next move...Zzz. Thanks for the answer.
