Banning E-Mail addresses....

Greetings All,
I am getting a ton of spammers from .ru addresses. I used to know this....and I searched for it but came up empty. How do you ban an E-mail address from registering?

They are registering with [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ] I want to disallow all .ru addresses.

Hi Dawg,

Go to your forum administration and look for Exclusion in the bottom of left margin, the address might be something like this:
[ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

There you may select, separated by commas, wich email addresses or domains you don't want to accept.

That won't affected the Your_Account registration process of course. You will have to use something like Sentinel's string blocker

I hate SPAMMERS! They have been dialed in on my main site now for a while. I get BUTT loads of registrations from these @$$hles! I am deleting them and blocking their IP now. What a pain!

One domain you certainly want to add to Sentinels string blocker is '@cashette.com' (without the single quotes of course).
