Hi,

Our website [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ] seems to not allow anyone from eastern Canada view the site.

They dont get an error message it only times out to white screen.

Thanks in advance for your help.

well it means he's blocked somewhere...

check sentinel to be sure...
enter the ip's in there and if it only shows the ip range from the ip2country then its ok,if it shows the range in BLOCKED RANGE then you know....

but keep in mind that its possible that ranges can even be blocked or or unavailable by their isp.
ive seen that happen to.,..

thanks again

ok it doesnt show his ip anywhere when searched.

There are currently no matches in the database

he used to be able to get on our site until i made a new one. he has tried 4 computers from his area and none of them work. he has spoken to his isp and they say he should have no problems and he has actually paid microsoft for support and they say he should have no problems and it is on our end.

thanks

Hi,

thanks again,

here is what he got

Traceroute "unknown .servermap.com" ( router did not respond)

Ping pings are getting a reply - note at the bottom says that when the server was last reloaded ip addresses 51839 were banned

So i am guessing that would be the problem. Do you know how to fix it?

Thanks
