No it isnt and it's impossible for Nuke Sentinel to do that which is quite worrying.
Is your htacces file world writable?

its suppose to be 777 right?

I figured out why that stuff got put there. When I change my error pages in vdeck it puts thats stuff in there.

When there is a problem showing a web page or running a script, an error page is shown. When your account is set-up, standard error pages are installed.

You can change them in one of three ways:

* edit the existing pages;
* click the Browse button and select a new page to upload; or
* redirect to another web page (either within your web site, or on another web site)

Select internal if you want to use the default or upload your own page. Select external if you want to redirect to an existing url.

No 777 is world writable.

Although you have found the cause of that extra stuff getting added its worth the extra effort to make sure the file is not writable from the 'outside'.

Depending on your server set up, you can try 644 then 664 then 666
All you need to do is start with the lowest number and then add any IP to Sentinel for it to block it and then go back to view your htaccess file to see if the dummy IP has been written to it, if not, try the next highest number and repeat.

Really 777 just adds a execute to each one. It's not a concern unless these are executable files
