Greetings
First off thanks to everyone here for making the creation of a website rewarding. All the various posts etc have helped the novice get my feet wet in it. Also thanks to the staff here at Raven's your distro was very straight forward to install and is feature rich.

I do have a question tho for anyone that can answer. The site I created needs to have on the members list phone numbers for members to be able to get ahold of each other for job trades etc. I found the Website field not to be used by any of our users and was curious as to whats involved in changing it to display phone numbers instead of Website. Seems to be the logical place to start with the least amount of recoding. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

You can try to change this in lang_english/lang_main.php from the forum files but please backup your files.
I did´t test this.

Welcome! You could put the phone number there and change the text in the language files in /modules/Your_Account/language and modules/Member_List/language. But you'd also need to remove the HREF stuff that's added around it in the module index files (or secondary files).

Thanks for the fast reply, looks like I'm going to have to play around with it a bit then, and find how to display the numbers as well as get rid of the www icon when anything is put there. Managed to get rid of the profile display of the website so far by deleting it in the profile view body.tpl Want to control who can view the phone numbers so my members list is restricted to groups only. More as a peck away at it Smile
