Hello, I have some custom pages made with the Content module
However, I want to allow access to only one page for registered users, and the rest should be allowed for anonymous users. At the moment it's all or nothing.
I was hoping you could advise on how I can change this!
Regards,
Ben |

I'm not positive, but I believe the CNB Contenudo module might enable specific content to be visible only to registered members.
If not, you'd need to modify the Content module. You'd want a flag on the content table to determine whether it is public or registered only, the ability to edit that flag in the content admin functions, and logic in the content index page to determine whether to display it. There should be a standard function to determine if the visitor is logged in (I think it's the is_user() function). |

Contenudo couldn't restrict access once the user had registered, so I just put all the pages that I wanted restricted to logged-in users onto the normal Content module, and all the unrestricted pages on Contenudo and it works great
Thanks for the help! |

That's a different approach, but I'm glad it worked! |

The CNB Contenudo module link is dead. I'd like to do the same thing.
Restrict certain pages to registered users and/or groups.
Any suggestions. Thanks. |

Strange...it's not available for download on the homepage for the module. But you can get it here, although I'm not sure that's the latest version. |
