im using v 7.8 - can someone give me the appropriate code so i can insert a table nuke_nsngd_downloads using myphpadmin...

It should be in your NSN Group Downloads file. You should be able to use the installer to create the necessary tables (or, recreate them, if necessary).

Moving post as it is unrelated to NukeSentinel.
