footer error in raven nuke

i recently installed RavenNuke76 v2.02.02 Distro.

I degraded from 7.8 to 7.6
Then installed RavenNuke76 v2.02.02
Then i restored the Database
Then installed NSN Groups and Nuke Sentinel

It seems to be working fine.

But the footer has a problem.

even if i add a footer in the preferences, it still shows "test test test test"

Dunno exactly whats the prb !

Plz help me on this !

well, your site is taking forever to load but once it did the footer was fine.

test test test test
is written in your sites footer info. It has to be. If you want someone to log in to the admin and check for you please pm the info.

I have not written this info in the Admin Preferences: > Footer.

Even if i change my current footer (which is not appearing), it still remains test test test test !

well, every1 can give their suggestions !

btw, i tried uploading a new theme and the footer appears correct in that theme.

So its probably got to do sumthin with ravennuke and that theme coz i use that theme on my current working site and the footer works fine !

then provide a link to your theme for us to download to view. Smile

Raven nuke will not do that. It is the theme.

Well, since it is a commercial theme, so there is no link to download it !

but u can chech both these sites, s60addict.co.nr and s60addict.mobstop.com

both r having the same theme.

the co.nr one has php-nuke 7.8 and mobstop has raven nuke.

the footer in the admin preferences is same.

dunno whats the prob !

well, i meant for you to provide via pm a link to download it. It isnt like we need the theme for ourselves. We can see both of your sites. that is not the issue. I have given you a few options and you have ignored each. Good luck to you. I hope that you find someone to help you sort this.

Well, i think u hv misinterpretted me !

i didnt mean that i didnt want to give u the theme or u wud use it for urself!

but i was doubtful if the sharing of commercial themes is allowed or not !

btw, if u need the theme to sort out the prob, then i can upload it and PM u the link !

i think it is ok with u?

this theme maker has done an odd thing. They want you to put the text for each line of your footer into the theme.php. Search the theme footer function in theme.php and you will see test test test test. Add your footer text there.

Woow !

man i finally got it fixed !

i didnt change the test test test test to my footer.

but instead the database variables had been given the values test test test test and called off later on !

so i simply deleted those values and voila it worked !

This was a theme issue, so I moved it out of RavenNuke forums. Thx and good job folks!
