Server Date Time Offset-How to Edit Help??

I am using RavenNuke 76 v2.02.02 Distro without the (WYSIWYG)
and need to change my server date time offset.

I know from nuke 7.6 that the settings were in the main php file to change...but I am unclear in RavenNuke as to what and where to edit to change my server date time offset.

Please aid with code view and where to edit.

I believe its possible for phpNuke using the formatTimestamp function in mainfile.php ... I don't have the code off hand.
