registering

every one trys to register gets this error
ERROR: Email address already registered.....
how can i fix this problem?

none yet ust got it up every one that trys to register gets that error [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ] here is my site can see what it doing

I just registered, No problem.

HOWEVER, the problem is when clicking the FINISH button. The page never loads. So what you may have is users never get the final page, so they go back and try again, but now their email has already been loaded in the nuke_users_temp table. Or they hit STOP liek I did, then try hitting finish again. and no go. Maybe it is hanging on sending the email?

Does your host support mail() ?
Can you email using a PHP script?

i dont know i am using xampp running my own web server php and all

yes, definitely sounds like you are not configured php to use an appropriate mail service. Sorry, don't ask me how... never had a need to learn how to do it.
