Some visitors are reporting being blocked from the site but when I check they are in a protected range? Any Idea's on how to fix?

Did you load IP2Country? There have been some problems on sites that don't have that loaded. The developers are investigating, but you might wish to try that in the mean time...

Do you have to load each country one by one? I have ip to country installed but have not gone through every country. Is there an sql to do the lot in one.
Thanks for the quick reply Very Happy

It should be part of the installation program. You can load ranges of countries or everything at once, depending on your server's timeout period / capabilities.

Another user blocked??? This is a strange one.

Be SURE to include the following information in any email!
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7
Remote Address: 202.76.156.203
Client IP: none
Forwarded For: 202.76.156.203

I'm using the same computer, as always and it doesn't matter if I use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer to try to access it.

Do you have any idea?

I can access with my laptop.

Try to access my test site at [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]
If you can get on there than it must be something to do with your blocker settings.

Check the ip versus ip2c and see where you find that ip listed.
