You mean under the Modules Administration heading?
Two sceanrio's could cause this I think.
1 - failed ftp during the upload process you will need to ftp all your files again to be sure others are not affected.
2. You have logged in as an admin (not the God admin) and do not therefore have permission to access those.

No the admin menu is missing the forums and other links.

Its SQL related.

It was the same on my last install and every file is new as of today and admin menu is still haxored up. (even god admin)

Problem is, there is no sql call that could cause this. In this picture, you are logged in as either god or superuser account, otherwise no administration would appear.

Its in the modules folder, the FIRST module has an error in its admin panel.
Nothing to do with the sql other then finding out if you are an admin. and obviously you are.

Check your modules files for errors, links.php in the admin folder will be the problem.
If its an addon remove it and test it without it.

Just for grins and giggles, you can see the 'Modules' icon under the 'Administration Menu' - when you click that, does it list all the installed modules, particularly Forums, Downloads, Weblinks etc?
If they are all listed then it cannot be a sql issue, it has to be file related.

everything is listed below admin menu in modules.

and when you copy a link, it all works just fine when paisted in the browser.

Just no working proper admin icons.

You may need to recreate the God account, to reset the permissions on it

Well all the images seem to be there on the server, so that rules missing images out.
Did you try what Evasders suggested?

Will that remove all the god postings or forums?
